TopServices includes an airline operation centre, a global repair and support network, and comprehensive training solutions for cabin crew and maintenance personnel.

 

TopServices also includes the TopCare programme, designed to provide a guaranteed level of in-flight entertainment performance.  As the aircraft matures, Thales provides critical training and initial provisioning, in addition to maintenance, spare parts, product support and obsolescence management, helping customers anticipate economic and market needs in advance.

 

OEM Services is a joint venture company created by Thales, Diehl Aerospace, Liebherr-Aerospace and Zodiac ahead of the A380’s entry into commercial service. It aims to provide airlines with a single interface for aircraft component maintenance including door-to-door logistics.
